For Enterprises

Building net new pipeline at enterprises is difficult, the machinery isn’t built for it.

Your growth depends on net-new enterprise logos, the hardest pipeline there is to build. It's decided by a few hundred senior leaders per market, and won in person, peer to peer. We open those rooms and build the relationship from first meeting to close.

The problem
Sellers grow accounts, marketing fills the funnel, nobody owns net-new

  • Nobody really owns net-new. Quota-carrying and time-constrained sellers are naturally inclined to protect and grow existing accounts. New logos need time, senior networks, knowhow and patience that the comp plan doesn't always reward.

  • The buyers are senior, few and unreachable the usual way. A few hundred decision-makers per market, each buried under InMails, cold emails, webinars, whitepapers and conference invites.

  • AI made the noise worse, not better. Every buyer now gets an avalanche of "personalized" emails, InMails and decks, generated in seconds and all reading the same. Easier than ever to send, and easier than ever to ignore.

  • Deals stall without a senior relationship. Enterprise cycles run long, through champions, procurement and the C-suite, and go quiet when there's no one senior in your corner.

  • Incumbency is the default. Buyers already run a stack. The case for change has to be made in person, by a peer they trust, not in a deck.

  • Marketing and events rarely convert into relationships. MQLs, whitepapers and badge scans keep the funnel busy but don't put you in front of the person who signs.

  • The region doesn't reward the generic playbook. HQ-versus-local dynamics and a relationship-first culture punish spray-and-pray.

Large deals are originated in rooms sellers can't get into. That gap is what we fill.

What we’ve delivered
Senior rooms, real conversations, deals that move.

The rooms. We've put clients in front of senior leaders (directors, VPs, C-suite) from Meta, Unilever, L'Oréal, DBS, KPMG, Airwallex, Accenture, AIA, Maersk, Shell, Lufthansa, Changi in small, in-person sessions these buyers actually want to be in.

The conversion. Across these programs, roughly 70% of senior participants convert to a 1-on-1, and a large share of those into live opportunities. Real pipeline, not badge scans.

The outcomes. Every meeting is with a senior decision-maker, from director level to the C-suite.

  • B2C marketing leaders: at Google, Meta, Unilever, Maybank, Lufthansa, Airwallex and more. 50 meetings, 10 opportunities. Read case study.

  • People leaders: at Shell, DBS, Ipsos, Coca-Cola, Maersk, Visa. 32 meetings, $200K+ contracts closed. Read case study.

  • Founders and CTOs: at Series A, B, C AI startups for Bytedance’s Byteplus product. 30 meetings, 5 POCs. Read case study.

How we work
Give before you take.

We don't spray the market. We bring senior leaders together as peers to trade points of view, not sales pitches. That builds real credibility and interest, and it surfaces their high-level challenges, priorities and live projects in a way a conventional sales pitch doesn’t.

It builds the foundations of a real relationship.

  • Peer to peer: we’re in the room as equals, alongside leaders we'd otherwise never reach.

  • Points of view, not pitches: credibility and interest are earned by sharing insight, not selling.

  • Understanding, not interrogation: challenges, opportunities and live projects come out naturally, with none of the pressure of a sales call.

  • Then we run the deal: real outbound to fill the room, and we sit in every 1-on-1 that follows, tracked by name.

Our proprietary methodology has works across ICPs, industries, geographies, and we have the numbers to prove it.
