Enterprise checklist: working with NO BS
Follow up to how we work with enterprises
NO BS is not for every enterprise, at every moment.
This checklist helps revenue and marketing leaders decide when to bring us in, and when your own team or another path fits better.
1. Net-new is the gap, not account growth
Your team hits its number on existing accounts, but new logos have stalled.
Bring us in when the next leg of growth has to come from doors you are not already inside.
2. The buyers you need won't answer outbound
A few hundred senior decision-makers per market, buried under AI-generated emails, InMails and event invites.
Bring us in when access, not volume of activity, is the real constraint.
3. Net-new is nobody's real job
Quota-carriers protect and grow their existing book because the comp plan rewards it. Marketing generates MQLs, not senior relationships.
Bring us in when new-logo origination has no true owner.
4. The motion is relationship-first, and in-person
Large deals here start in senior rooms and peer relationships, not conference badges or webinars.
Bring us in when you want rooms you can't convene on your own, and someone in them building the relationship to close.
5. You need results this year, without standing up a market-dev team
A market-development function costs millions and months to build.
Bring us in when you want to build net-new pipeline from month one, at a fixed and contained cost. A single enterprise close typically covers the year.
6. You're clear on the target
A sharp objective sounds like "X net-new enterprise logos in APAC in 12 months," "Y qualified CMO meetings a quarter in Singapore and Malaysia," or "$Z of net-new pipeline before financial year close."
Bring us in when you know the number, even if not the how.
7. You'll give it senior air cover
The first phase needs your leaders close: co-hosting the rooms, fast approvals, a weekly review with your team.
Bring us in when your senior people will stay involved, not delegate and disappear.
8. You value named pipeline over activity dashboards
Working the market surfaces signal fast, and that can mean hearing "this segment isn't ready," "this ICP isn't converting," or "this should be sequenced differently."
Bring us in when you want the truth and pipeline tracked by name, not vanity metrics. See what that looks like in our case studies.
The principle underneath it all
NO BS is not a headcount replacement and not an agency running a sequence tool. It's a time-bound, accountable way to originate net-new before you commit a market-development budget. Sometimes it proves the motion so you can bring it in-house, sometimes it becomes your net-new engine, and sometimes it tells you a market or segment isn't ready yet.
If net-new matters and account growth alone won't hit the number, let's talk.
